Vespa engine hard in turn






Turned on the machine's hard Vespa In dealing with a difficult mechanical problem turned on / strike, the first step to do is check the fuel line system and ignition system. If both systems turned out to be good, then the damage can be ascertained in the engine. Machine is turned typically difficult due to:

    1.
Engine flooding.
Symptoms can be seen from the spark plug wet and pungent smell of gasoline, if diselah (kick starter) and ngelawan heavier. Handling: · Close the gas valve, open the gas (throttle) until depleted then trampled repeatedly until Shelah life. · If it is too heavy in selahnya means gasoline has been a lot that goes into the crankcase (crankcase), to the spark plugs need to be removed and repeated in Selah, then plugs installed and try again turned on.

  2. 
Nozzle is clogged or dirty carburetor.
Remove the nozzle and nozzle idling on the main carburetor with gasoline and then wash thoroughly blown.

Faucet clogged or dirty gasoline.
Symptoms in the tank when the gasoline in the carburetor there but just a little dry or gasoline. Clean the fuel line and the gas valve to the gas actually flowing freely into the carburetor.

   4.
Ignition disturbed.
Symptoms can be seen from the spark plug does not issue sparks or flames are not normal when on the starter. How to overcome as follows: · Spark plugs are not in accordance with the specifications, if appropriate, replace the corresponding plugs. (See technical data of each different type of vespa). · Gap improper electrode spark plugs, set the spark plug gap (gap) + / - 0.6 mm · Cable spark plug or spark plug cap is damaged / leaking. Replace with a new one. · Setting ignition (ignition timing) is not appropriate, set the gap platinum set + / - 0.2 mm · Condensor is dead, replace with a new one. (To check the condensor use avometer) · High voltage coil is damaged / leaking, replace it with a new (to check the coil there own way). · Spool ignition is weak or dead, to know how to attach the cable from the spool to the body later in the starter, if there are no significant fire had broken and needs to be replaced with a new one. · To vespa already receipts CDI ignition system (type PS, PX, Exclusive, Excel) check the CDI and Pulser, if there are dead replace with a new one. (To check the CDI and Pulser there own way).
